-Managed a team of 5 people asigning tasks and tracking schedules to ensure the project was finished on time.

-Coded in C# to implement new features and funcionalities like movement, item collection, menus functionalities, camera movements, dialog system and enemy interaction.

-Lighted scenes to ensure a good visual quality.

-Ported the game from PC to movile by adapting UI, controllers and optimizing for better performance.

-Optimized the game by minimizing textures size, limiting maximum screen size, reducting visual effects, appliying ocussion culling, changing camera and render configuration and optimizing code.

-Documented code and applied good practices to improve the maintainability and scalability of the project.

-Applied adds to monetize the game using Unity adds and IAP to quit ads.

-Released the game on google play and app store.

-Tested and fixed bugs to ensure a good user experience.
